Bread made of ready-mixes
You can use almost any commercially available bread mixes in this
bread machine. However, we do not recommend pure rye bread, as
these are not baked satisfactorily.
Read the quantity information on the package and follow these steps:
- Turn the bread machine on and add the liquid as recommended on
the ready-mix.
- Select the appropriate program and the desired browning and then
press the "Start/Stop" button till your hear a beep and the appliance
starts.
16. Special notes
16.1 Preparing jam (Program 10 (Jam))
WARNING: Never overfill the baking mould. Otherwise, the ingredi-
ents could spill onto the heating elements or spatter and may even
catch fire.
Always add the fruit pulp first, and then the gelling sugar over it.
1. First prepare the ingredients. Wash all the fruits and remove the
inedible parts (shells, stems, flowers, seeds).
2. Then puree the fruits. Weigh the finished fruit pulp on a scale.
3. Mount the kneader onto the drive shaft in the baking mould.
4. Then add the pureed fruit carefully into the baking mould. Please
make sure that the outer sides of the baking mould remains clean
and dry.
Note: If you use non-citric fruits (e.g. strawberries or sweet fruits),
then you can make the gelling process easier and faster by adding a
gelling agent or 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the ingredients.
