Caution!: Please ensure that only the "Yoghurt (13)" program has
been selected. Otherwise, boiling milk could spill onto the heating
elements and cause damage, or result in a fire or electricity hazard!
2. Close the lid of the yoghurt container and then place it in the
dough mould. Make sure that the dough hook is removed be-
forehand and that the notch of the yoghurt insert matches the
dough hook attachment. Then select the "Yoghurt (Yogurt) (13)"
programme with the "MENU" button. Make sure you have set
the correct programme.
3. Set the desired preparation time by pressing the "Time+" and
"Time-" buttons. A preparation time of 8 hours is set by default.
In general, the longer the duration you set, the creamier the yo-
ghurt.
4. Start the program using the "START/STOP" button. A beep indi-
cates when the program is finished.
16.3 Program 4 (Fast)
Bread is normally made using baking soda or baking powder. These
ingredients are activated by liquid and heat. It is likewise advisable
for this program to first add the liquid in the baking mould and then
the remaining ingredients.
During the first kneading phase, it is possible that the dry ingredients
accumulate in the corners of the baking mould. If this is the case,
the ingredients need to be stirred. Use only wooden kitchen tools
to avoid scratching the baking mould. Press the "Start/Stop" button
before opening the lid.
