Introduction
WARNING:
safety chapter before you do maintenance
on the product.
For all servicing and repair work on the product, special
training is necessary. We guarantee that professional
repairs and servicing is available. If your dealer is not a
service agent, speak to them for information about the
nearest service agent.
For spare parts, speak to your Husqvarna dealer or
service agent.

To do before the maintenance

Park the product on a level surface and stop the
engine. Push the machine stop button on the control
panel to prevent accidental start during

maintenance.

Clean the area around the product from oil and dirt.
Remove unwanted objects.
Put clear signs around the maintenance area to give
a warning to bystanders that maintenance work is in
progress.
Keep fire extinguishers, medical supplies and an
emergency phone near.
Service timer in the display
The display has a service timer. The service timer has
an interval of 50 hours of operation. After 50 hours of
Maintenance
Do a check for fuel and oil leakage.
Do a check of the radiator coolant level.
Do a check of the engine oil level.
Examine all hoses and hose clamps. If it is necessary, tighten
and replace the hoses and the hose clamps.
Do a check of the air filter indicator. Clean the outer air filter if
the air filter indicator is red.
Do a check of the protective covers and the blade guards.
Drain water from the gearbox when the ambient temperature
is below 32°F/0°C.
Do a check of the water supply to the cutting blade.
Clean the product.
Replace the engine oil and the engine oil filter.
Replace the oil filter for the hydraulic propulsion system.

Maintenance
Read and understand the
operation, the display shows the message "Service
Needed – Due Now". The enter button (A) accept the
message.
A password is necessary to reset the service timer. If the
service timer is not reset, the display shows the
message "Service Needed – Past Due X Hours". Refer
to
Menu system overview on page 24 .

If more than 1 time interval is identified in a
table row, the shortest time interval is for the first
maintenance only.
