3. Remove the plug (A) from the oil tank on the rear
axle.
4. Examine the oil level in the rear axle. The correct oil
level is when oil comes out from the hole for the
plug.
5. If the oil level in the rear axle is low, fill with oil
through the hole for the plug. Use a manual oil
pump. Do a check of the oil level in the rear axle

again. Refer to
correct oil type.
6. Install the plug.
To do a check of the oil level for the
hydraulic lift pump
1. Make sure that the product is level when you
examine the oil level for the hydraulic lift pump.

2. Turn the 2 rear hatch latches (A) and remove the
rear hatch (B).

3. Remove the oil filler cap from the hydraulic lift pump.
4. Examine the oil level. The oil level is correct when
you can see the oil in the pipe.
5. If the oil level is low, fill with oil in the pipe. Do a
check of the oil level again. Refer to
on page 48 for the correct type of oil.
6. Tighten the oil filler cap.
7. Install the rear hatch.

To examine hoses and hose clamps

Look for leakage on the hoses in the fuel system, the
hydraulic systems and the cooling system.
Examine the hoses for wear and damage, especially
where the hoses rub against other hoses or parts of
the product.
Replace damaged hoses.
Tighten loose hose clamps.

To clean the air filter

WARNING:
protection when you clean or replace the air
filter. Discard used air filters correctly. The
dust in the air filter is dangerous to your
health.
