Spark plug cleaning and/or replacement
Intake air filter cleaning and/or replacement
Carburettor and idling check and tuning up
Final transmission oil replacement
Battery charge, electrolyte fluid level (if needed) and breather pipe check
V-belt wear check
Clutch shoes and discs check
Speed variator rollers check
Speed variator pulleys
Brake transmissions - fuel pipes check
Brake shoes, pads and discs wear check
EN Coolant level check (replace every 2 years) - Manifolds sealing check
Brake fluid replacement (every 2 years)
Wheel bearings
Rear swinging arm check
Steering bearings play and working check (lubrication if needed)
Check operation and tightness of fork and shock absorber
Nuts, bolts, screws tightening check
Main and side stand tightening check - Pins lubrication
Tyre pressure and tread wear check
Final check: tyres, air pressure, lighting, warning devices,
switch functions, road test
Maintenance interventions must be carried out more frequently if the vehicle is used in rainy or dusty areas or on rough roads.
NOTE: Due to their simplicity, checks with no asterisk CAN also be carried out by technicians not authorised by Malaguti, but under their direct
responsibility.
