ATTENTION
Material damage due to incorrect cleaning
Incorrect cleaning can cause damage to the housing or
components.
f Do not use running water and ensure that water can-
not reach live parts.
f Do not use high-pressure cleaning devices.
f Only use tools (e.g. brushes, cleaning agents) that are
suitable for plastic surfaces.
f Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals.
The device can be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth,
depending on application conditions and soiling. The
cleaning is carried out exclusively from the outside.
Procedure:
f First remove coarse dust and contamination with a
hand brush with soft bristles.
f If necessary, moisten a clean cloth that is suitable for
plastic surfaces with water and thoroughly wipe off the
device.
f Only clean the charging cable when it is unplugged.

8.3 Firmware Update

The firmware is subject to ongoing further development;
this means that after some time new firmware updates are
available.
You can obtain the current software from MENNEKES on
request.

9 Remedy

If a fault occurs the "Fault" symbol lights up or flashes on
the LED information panel. The device cannot be used as
long as the fault has not been rectified.
Possible faults:
„ Wrong or defective charging cable.
„ For versions Professional(+) 7,4 / 22 (PnC) only:
Residual current device or circuit breaker has trig-
gered.
To correct the fault, observe the following sequence:
f Terminate the charging process and disconnect the
charging cable.
f Check whether the charging cable is suitable.
f Plug the charging cable back in and start the charging
process.
f For versions Professional(+) 7,4 / 22 (PnC) only: Restart
residual current device or circuit breaker.

If the fault could not be corrected, contact your
responsible service partner.

Fault messages

The tasks described below may only be carried
out by a qualified electrician.
The error message can be viewed via the web interface.

Reading out an error message
f In the web browser, at http://192.168.123.123/operator,
navigate to "State".
f In the "Errors list" row, the error message is displayed
in the second column.
