6.3 Fastening the iCAT WH and cable assembly to the robot

NOTICE
• To fasten the iCAT WH to the robot, a robot flange (4) is required. It must correspond to
the hole pattern of the iCAT WH (1) and of the robot (5).
1 Mount the robot flange (4) on the robot (5) by means of six cylinder head screws (2)
(max. tightening torque 3.5 Nm)
NOTICE
• Ensure correct position of the cylinder bolt (6). It specifies the reference position, relative
to the robot.
2 Slide the cable assembly mounted on the iCAT with the open side toward the front through
axis 6 (direction of axis 4) until the iCAT WH (1) makes contact with the robot flange.
3 Screw the iCAT WH (1) to the robot flange (4) by means of six cylinder head screws (7).
(max. tightening torque 3.5 Nm)
NOTICE
• Ensure correct position of the cylinder bolt (3). It specifies the reference position, relative
to the robot.
