cup (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 . Put flour, sugar and salt in a Cuisinart
chopping blade . Process for 10 seconds . Add butter to work bowl
and process until combined . With the machine running, add the
yolks, one at a time, and process until incorporated . Add the water
and vanilla; pulse 3 to 5 times until combined .
