Combinable burners

The burner that can be combined with ESTELLE HE B4 INOX ErP
boilers is:

CAUTION
– The burner shown in the table can be purchased
separately from the boiler.
– It is possible to install a burner that the customer
already has, provided that it has the "CE marking"
and fulfils the performance requirements applica-
ble to the boiler with which it will be paired.
– The blown-air burner for diesel fuel must comply
with the EN 267 standard.

CAUTION
– When choosing the burner, pay special attention to
the maximum power absorbed at 30% for the load
and in the burner stand-by mode, while checking
that the values are equal to or below those shown
in ANNEX AA.1

– For the burner installation, wiring diagrams, fuel
supply and warnings, refer to the specific manual
supplied with the burner.
– All the operations must be carried out exclusively by
the Sime Technical Service or by professionally quali-

Combustion chamber dimensions

The combustion chamber is a direct-passage type chamber and
conforms to the EN 303-3 standard Annex E. Its dimensions are
shown in the figure. An appropriate protective panel is applied
to the inner wall of the rear head on all models.

Fastening the burner

The boiler door is designed to receive the flange for mounting
and fastening the burner.
5.12
High-efficiency pumps
The calorifier pump is a high-efficiency device equipped with
signalling LEDs (1), (2), (3) and with the control button (4).

In case of anomalies, the pump will stop and attempt to

restart; if the anomaly is resolved, the pump will restart automat-
ically. Otherwise, the pump will perform a permanent lock-out.

Command button for setting the pump. The button can only

be used by the installer or by authorised personnel:
- when pressed once or more, for roughly 1 s, it allows for se-
lecting the pump's operating mode and the preferred char-
acteristic curve (for the details, consult the next paragraph)
- when pressed and held for 3s it automatically bleeds the pump
- when pressed and held for 5s in unlocks the pump after pro-
longed periods of inactivity
- when pressed and held once for 8s it stops all actions that
can be executed through button (4). When pressed a second
time for 8s it activates the button's functions again (4).
