TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The hob cannot
be turned on.

causes
There
is
no
electric current.
The controls are
locked.
There may be a
slight film of
water over the
controls or you
may be using the
tip of your
finger
when
touching the
controls.
Use of utensils

- The hob may beep and turn itself
off, and the touch controls may not
work when there is liquid on them.
Be sure to dry the touch control area
before turning the plate back on.
What to do
Make sure that the hob is connected to
the power supply and that it is turned on.
Check if there is a power outage in your
home or area. If you have checked
everything and the problem persists,
contact a qualified technician.
Unlock the controls. See "Using the hob"
for instructions.

and use your fingertip when touching the
