Qualified personnel or technicians must install the hob. Our
professionals are at your service. Please never install it by
yourself.
The hob should not be installed directly above a dishwasher,
fridge, freezer, washing machine or clothes dryer, as the
humidity may damage the hob electrical components.
The hob must be installed in such a way as to ensure the best
possible conditions for thermal irradiation in order to improve
its reliability.
Both, the wall and induced heating area above the hob surface
must be constructed of heat-resistant materials.
In order to avoid any damage, the countertop material and
adhesive must be heat-resistant.
This ceramic hob can only be connected to a source with an
impedance not exceeding 0.427 ohm. If necessary, please
consult your electricity supplier for impedance information.
CONNECTING THE HOB TO THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY
Only a suitably qualified person must connect this hob to the
mains power supply.
Before connecting the hob to the mains, please check that:
the domestic wiring system is suitable for the power used by
the hob.
the voltage corresponds to the value indicated on the rating
plate.
the sections of the power cable can withstand the load
specified on the rating plate.
To connect the hob to the mains, do not use adapters, reducers, or
branching devices, as this would lead to the risk of overheating and
fire. The power cable must not be exposed to any hot part and must
be positioned so that its temperature will not exceed 75˚C at any
point.
