Replacing Wear Parts; Disassembling The Hd 2 Lift Rotate Unit - Bosch Rexroth HD 2 Instrucciones De Montaje

Please note:
• Perform the disassembly
work at the upper end
position of the lift rotate
unit.
• Only lift rotate units with
a rotation angle of 90 °
are equipped with the
coupling.
At a rotation angle of
180 °, this component is
made of solid material.
1. Disassemble the
lifting plate (A).
2. Disassemble the
coupling, the housing
and the cleat plate
from the spline shaft
(piston rod).
3. Disassemble the tow bar.
Please note:
• To disassemble the
disk, you must move or
completely disassemble
the sensors.
4. Disassemble the disk.
5. Replace worn
damping pins (B) and
coupling pins (C) or the
entire disk.
Assembly is done in the
reverse order.
Please note:
• Repair of the lift rotate
unit must only be carried
out by Rexroth!

Required tools
• Hex wrench SW13.
• Hex socket wrenches SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6.
• Caliper, 500 mm
• Rubber mallet
• Drift punch
