13 Disassembly

Electrical current and compressed air
Electric shock caused by touching live parts.
If there is a sudden release of a compressed-air part and whipping hoses.
Risk of serious injury or death.
Switch off the power and compressed air supply before dismantling.

„ Release the compressed air circuit (for example, venting via maintenance unit)
Secure against restart.

Risk of fatal injury due to falling and toppling loads!
„ Only qualified personnel should transport the product.
Never stand or walk under suspended loads.

Make sure no one is in the danger zone.
„
Only use suitable and inspected lifting gear, slings and forklifts.
„
„ Observe bearing load (for product weight, see shipping documents).
Check that the slings are securely fastened.

Secure the load against toppling before you lift it.
„

13.1 Disassembling and replacing accessories

1. Move the HEAP to the lower position.
2. Disassemble the attached accessories and assemble the new component if
required (see chapter 8 "Assembly").

13.2 Disassembling HEAP

1. Move the HEAP to the lower position.
2. Disassemble the workstation and, if possible, reuse individual components, for
example, socket strips, lamps, aluminum profiles.
3. Dispose of the components as described in chapter 15 "Disposal".
Disassembly of the lifting modules, control and collision protection components is
not planned!
