 Remove the outer screw of the clamp,
rotate the clamp by 180° and lightly turn
the screw back in.
 Carefully slide the handle into the new
position and retighten the clamps.
Washing station
The system can be used inside a washing
hall or outdoors.
The required washing station dimensions
are indicated above.
Washing station requirements:
Even surface.
Free of obstacles.
Maximal decline 2%.
Water drainage
Step-safe grids and cover plates.
Floor covering with anti-slip surface.
Water connection
WARNING
Health hazard on account of contamination
of the drinking water network. The washing
system must not be connected to the public
drinking water network.
A safety device corresponding to category
4 of EN 1717 must be installed between the
washing system and the drinking water net-
work to separate the washing system from
the drinking water network. Locally applica-
ble regulations must also be observed.
Provide supply lines
DANGER
Risk of electrical voltage. All electrical in-
stallations may only be done by an electri-
cian according to the local regulations.
A site-supplied main switch must be in-
stalled in the electric supply line, which can
be protected against inadvertent or unau-
thorised access.
The system requires the following supply
lines:
Mains cable as per the following table.
Water hose 3/4".
The respective length of the water hose
and the mains cable depends on the local
conditions or the length of the vehicle.
All four sides of the vehicle should be
washed in one washing run without modify-
ing the system.
The length of the mains cable is limited for
safety reasons.

The indicated length is measured from the
prefuse to the system.
If the indicated length is not sufficient,
please enquire with the manufacturer of the
system.
The model of the connection depends on
the type of use.
If the system is to be used at different
washing stations, the cable and the wa-
ter hose are dragged along the floor.
With fixed installations at one washing
station, the water and electricity can be
supplied from above.

 Connect the water hose to the water in-
let.
 Connect the mains cable to the mains
plug.
Cable drag over overhead line
The supply lines are routed through a
height-adjustable cable arm to the first line
cart.
Electric and water connections are station-
ary installations and must be conducted by
a qualified technician.

Check the rotation direction of the
When the voltage supply is first connected,
the rotation direction of the brush must be
checked.

 Activate the safety switch, which is
marked by an arrow in the above illus-
tration.
The brush must rotate in the direction of
the arrow.
 If the rotational direction is wrong, get
an electrician to modify the electrical
connection.
Setting the dosing pump
Note:
The dosing amount is set to 100 ml/min
(6l /h) at the factory. When using shampoo,
the dosing amount may need to be set to
80 ml/min (measurement by gauging).

 Lift off the cap with a small screwdriver.
CAUTION
Risk of damage
The cap and dosing pump can be dam-
aged. Do not use pliers to remove the cap.
 Use a small flat-blade screwdriver to
adjust the flow rate on the potentiome-
ter below the cap.
 Reattach the cap.
CAUTION
Risk of damage
Moisture penetration can damage the dos-
ing pump. Be sure to replace the cap after
adjusting.
