other non-sterile material.
27 - ENGLISH
SANITISING FIXED PARTS
While the removable parts soak in the sanitizer
inside the tub, proceed sanitising the fixed parts
of the machine:
SANITISING THE CYLINDER
• Immerse a disposable paper cloth in the
sanitising liquid.
• Pass the cloth over all the cylinder surfaces.
• Also pass the cloth over the outer edge of the
cylinder until reaching the surfaces of the front
panel and bib.
