- The leds of the UP (▲), ENTER (◄►) and
DOWN (▼) keys will flash and the display will
show the numbers of the time to be set, between
0' and 10 hours: press the "UP (▲)" and "DOWN
(▼)" keys to increase or decrease the value. At
the desired value, press ENTER (◄►) to store
the set-up values and to start the working cycle.
If the temperature selected previously is between
65° and 85°C,
calculates the stand-by time required for correct
pasteurization of the product.
