85°C,
calculates the stand-by time required for correct
pasteurization of the product.
The modification of the time setting is always
possible, buti it is strongly discouraged because
the products may get to an excessive bacterial
load.

display, you can introduce the sugars, the
stabilizers and the eventual other solid materials.
- Once the set-up temperature has been reached,
the unit starts the eventual dwell time (if required)
and then it automatically goes to the next phase.,
cooling at 4°C.
