The starting position of the control knob.
B Control Knob
This controls the ignition and height of the
flame. Press in and turn counter-clockwise
to the ignition icon to light the griddle, then
adjust the flame height.
C Flame Height
The range shown is the Ignition/ HIGH
setting, the flame tip will be a slight yellow.
It will range from a Slight Blue in on medium
to a "LO" setting that is dark blue.

The lowest flame height, dark blue color.
