MAKING SOUPS WITH THE SOUP'MASTER
1. Clean and dice all your vegetables.
2. Attach the bowl (E), the blades (D) (image 6) and the stirrer (C) (image 7)
3. Place your diced vegetables into the stainless steel bowl (E)
4. Add water to the bowl (E) so that it reaches at least the 'I' mark and at most the 'II' mark.
5. Place the glass cover (B) on the bowl (E)
*** Cooking in automatic mode ***
1. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
2. Press the AUTO button to select the automatic programme. The word AUTO will then
appear in the top right-hand corner of the LCD screen.
3. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
LCD screen will alternate between [0 30] and 100. Cooking time will decrease as time
goes on.
4. After 10 minutes' cooking the appliance will automatically start to mix slowly.The LCD
screen then alternates between [L 19] and 100,'L'being the pre-set mixing mode and
'19' the remaining cooking time.
5. After 15 minutes' cooking the appliance will automatically start to mix faster. The LCD
screen then alternates between [H 4] and 100,'H'being the pre-set mixing mode and
'4' the remaining cooking time.
At the end of the automatic programme the LCD screen will display [00:00] and the
appliance will sound an alert (6 beeps).
You can, should you so wish, increase cooking time or add an additional mixture.
- Increasing cooking time:
Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature.
1. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking or preparation time
2. Press the START/STOP button to start the selected programme.
- Adding an additional mixture:
1. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed.
2. Press the '+' or '-' button to select preparation time.
3. Press the START/STOP button to start the selected programme.
Note 1: On activating the AUTO programme,cooking temperature will be 100°C and mixing
speeds are selected automatically - L (Low) at the beginning of the cooking process and
H (High) at the end.You can, should you so wish, change the mixing speed by pressing the
CHOP button several times to select your initial speed and pressing the START/STOP button.
The appliance will start cooking and mixing at the speed you have selected.
You cannot change the cooking temperature when using the AUTO programme.
