VEGETABLE SOUP
Cook fresh vegetable soups quickly and easily for a starter or meal which is full of vitamins.
For a more tasty soup, use seasonal vegetables and produce.
Homemade soup can be kept for up to 24 hours and can be prepared in advance and
heated up before serving. Soups can also be frozen.
1 white of leek
1 small turnip
4 carrots
1 onion
1 courgette
2 small potatoes
Salt
1. Clean and dice all your vegetables.
2. Position the blades and stirrer in the bowl.
3. Place your diced vegetables into the stainless steel bowl.
4. Add water to the bowl so that it reaches at least the 'I' mark and at most the 'II' mark.
2. Place the glass cover (B) on the bowl (E).
You can either select automatic mode to cook and mix your soup or manually select your
cooking time, cooking temperature and mixing speed.
Cooking in automatic mode
7. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
8. Press the AUTO button to select the automatic programme. The word AUTO will then
appear in the top right-hand side of the LCD screen.
9. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
On activating the AUTO programme,cooking temperature will be 100°C and mixing speeds
are selected automatically - L (Low) at the beginning of the cooking process and H (High)
at the end.
