WORKING CONDITIONS
Check the material to be shredded and make sure that there is enough space above
the machine to load the material. It is recommended to choose a workplace as close
as possible to where the chips are to be used. This will reduce the need to carry the
processed material to a minimum.
Keep a safe distance from the chip discharge area. Make sure that all bystanders,
children, animals, or valuables are also kept at a safe distance from the chip
discharge area.
ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
The machine is delivered partially assembled, i.e. with drive unit and shredding
mechanism on the frame. Additional assembly is required:
supports
towing hitch ( HT-HECTOR-80A only)
hoppers
suction tube ( HT-HECTOR-80A only)
outlet with a flap
axle with wheels
The components should be bolted to the drive unit using the supplied bolts with
nuts and washers, if necessary. Pay special attention to the accurate connection of
the emergency switch. Tighten the bolts carefully as well as check the tightness of
the factory-installed bolts already in place as a precaution before each startup.
FILLING THE ENGINE OIL
During transport, the engine of the machine is without oil, therefore it must be
topped up before the first start-up. Only use fresh oil in accordance with the
recommendation for lubricating the engine (see the technical data table):
Place the machine on a level, horizontal surface.
Unscrew the orange engine oil filler cap (with a built-in dipstick - see
the above picture) and pour oil through its opening (use a funnel, for
example), taking care not to pour more than the permissible level
