TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
3.1
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT
The C20 actuator is designed and made exclusively to
provide automatic opening and closing, by means of a control
device, of top-hinged, bottom-hinged, dome windows,
garrets and skylights.
A small power dipswitch ensures the actuator a minimum
thrust of 150N and traction of 100N, or a maximum thrust of
300N and traction of 200N. The output thrust is adjustable to
200mm or 320mm using another switch; the limit switch is
electronic and functions by current absorption. The standard
colors are black, white and gray.

DIMENSIONS
Fig.1 and Fig.2 show the main parts of the actuator, with the
name of each part and its measurements.
3.3
PACKAGE
Every standard package of the product (cardboard carton)
contains (Fig.3):
- 1 Actuator complete with electric power cord (with electric
connector already installed);
- 2 Brackets for fastening to the window (Ref.A);
- 1 Bracket for bottom-hinged windows (Ref.B);
- 1 ARS Snap fastener (Ref.D1) with relative unfastening
tool (Ref.D2);
- 1 Package of hardware for aluminum windows consisting
of: 2 screws type M4X10 for the fastening the actuator to the
window brackets, 7 screws type AF d4.8x16 for fastening to
the window brackets and 2 type AF D4.2X19 for fastening
the ARS connector (Ref. D);
- 1 Power switch (Ref.D3);
- 1 Set of instructions for installation and use (Ref.E);
- 1 Safety plate (Fig.4).
Make sure the parts described above are in the
package and check that the actuator has not
undergone any damage during shipment. If anything
appears to be wrong, do not install the actuator and
contact your retailer or the manufacturer to request
technical service.

The "CE" seal certifies conformity of the machine with the
essential health and safety requisites foreseen by the
European Product Directives.
It consists of an adhesive label in polyester, silkscreen
printed in black, with the following measurements: L= 60 mm
- H= 24 mm, and it applied to the outside of the actuator. The
following data are indicated legibly and indelibly on the label
(Fig. 5):
- the manufacturer's logo and address;
- the type and model;
- the voltage (V) and frequency (Hz) of the power supply;
- the intensity of the current absorbed (A);
- the type of service S2 (min);
- electrical power absorbed P (W);
- the thrust and traction force F (N);
- the speed of movement on empty (mm/s);
- the degree of protection (IP);
- the minimum and maximum working temperature;
- the double insulation symbol;
- the CE mark;
- the "RAEE" Directive 2002/96 EC symbol;
- the serial number.
