Proportional Gain controls motor speed adjustments based on the propor-
tional difference between the PID setpoint and PID feedback. Used along with
PID I-Time to smooth and balance system response. Higher settings result in
faster response.
IMPORTANT: If the value is too high, it may cause system oscillation and insta-
bility.
Integral Time determines PID response time. Lower values increase system
response to the feedback signal, which reduces overshoot, but may cause sys-
tem oscillation if set too low. Greater values provide slower response, which
may cause overshoot of the setpoint and oscillation of output frequency.
The lowest speed the pump will run in any mode.
The highest speed the pump will run in any mode.
Time for pump to ramp up from stop to maximum speed.
Time to slow down the pump from maximum speed to stop.
Time before the VFD checks for a Sleep condition.
Time Delay before VFD enters Sleep (after all Sleep conditions are met).
Setpoint to wake the VFD from Sleep mode and start running – Range: 0.0 to
Setpoint
Setpoint that causes an overpressure condition. Range: 0.0 to Transducer Max.
Sets a duration time for pressure bump to increase system pressure as part of
the no-demand calculation.
Value added to original setpoint to provide pressure boost. Range: 0.0 to 10%
of PID High Frequency Limit
Timer that limits sleep boost duration if Sleep Boost setpoint is not reached.
Range: 5 to 120s
Speed that the pump will operate if a backup float is enabled and activated.
