MAINS CONNECTION TEST.
Bridge rectifier input terminals (41) (wires from terminals U1, V1 and W1 of service

filter board (7)) = 3 x 230 Vac or 3 x 400 Vac approximately, according to mains
voltage value, with switch (10) closed.
♦ Check the power cable and plug; replace if necessary.
♦ Check switch (10); replace if defective.
♦ Check the mains voltage conditions, and especially that none of the three power
supply phases is missing.
♦ Check that bridge rectifier (41), IGBTs (30) and IGBT board (31) are intact and
replace any defective components.
♦ Check the positive temperature coefficient resistor PTC 2 on the service filter
board (7) is intact and/or wait for it to cool down in the event of repeated ignition
attempts.
♦ Replace service filter board (7).
TESTING SERVICE POWER SUPPLY
Service filter board (7), connector CN1, terminals 1 (+) - 5 (-) = +25 Vdc, +/- 15 %;

terminals 4 (+) - 5 (-) = +13.8 Vdc +/- 5 %.
♦ Check wiring between connector CN1 of service filter board (7) and connector
CN9 of control board (48).
♦ With the power source off, temporarily disconnect connector CN1 on secondary
winding board (32), and repeat the voltage check on connector CN1 of service
filter board (7). If the values are incorrect, replace secondary winding board (32).
If incorrect, with the power source off, also disconnect connector CN9 on
control board (48), and repeat the voltage check on connector CN1 of service
filter board (7). If the values are correct, replace control board (48). If not correct,
replace the filter board (7).
