CEBORA S.p.A.
3.3.4 - No gas emerges from the torch.
TESTING SOLENOID.
Terminals 2 (+) and 1(-) of connector J11 of display board (57) = 24 Vdc +/- 5 %
approximately, with torch pushbutton pressed.
♦ With power source off and solenoid (16) disconnected, check that the resistance
at its terminals is 570 Ohm +/- 15 %. If 0 ohm (short circuit), replace solenoid
(16) and display board (57).
♦ Check the presence of gas at the inlet fitting (C) and that the pressure and flow
rate in the intake conduit meet specifications (see Instruction Manual).
♦ Make sure that the threaded part of air fitting (C) inserted in the pressure
regulator (D) is no more than 6 - 8 mm (1/4" - 5/16") long, to avoid any possible
malfunction of the regulator (D).
♦ Make sure pressure regulator (D) is working properly; replace if defective;
♦ Check pressure sensor (20) is working properly. If defective, replace sensor (20)
and display board (57)
♦ Make sure there are no blockages in the gas hoses in the power source or the
flow regulator in the solenoid fitting.
♦ Replace the solenoid (16).

♦ Check the wiring between solenoid
service board (57);
♦ Check the wiring between CN2 control board (48) and
J12 display board (57).
♦ Check that the voltage at terminals 2 (+) - 1 (-) of
connector J15 of display board (57) is 24 V +/- 5 %.
♦ With power source off and solenoid (16) disconnected,
check that the resistance at its terminals is 570 Ohm
+/- 15 %. If > MegOhm (winding broken), replace
solenoid (16).
♦ Replace control board (26) and/or power source (10)
