3.4.8 Err 78: [Gas inlet pressure low].
This error (Gas inlet pressure low) is generated if a pressure at power source inlet (C)
drops below the permitted limit (approximately 4.3 bars).
Resetting occurs automatically once pressure is restored to permitted limits.
Display board (57), connector J1, terminals 1 (+) - 2 (-) > 2.95 V.(pressure > 4.3 bar).

♦ Check wiring between connector J1 of panel board (57) and pressure sensor
(20).
♦ Check presence of gas at the inlet fitting (C)
♦ Make sure that the pressure and flow in the air intake conduit meet
specifications (see Instruction Manual).
♦ Make sure that pressure regulator (D) is working properly.
♦ Make sure that the threaded part of air fitting (C) inserted in pressure regulator
(D) is no more than 6 - 8 mm (1/4" - 5/16") long, to avoid any possible
malfunction of regulator (D).
♦ Make sure there are no blockages in the power source gas hoses.
♦ Replace pressure sensor (20) and/or display board (57);
3.4.9 Err 79:[Gas inlet pressure high].
This error (Gas inlet pressure high) is generated if a pressure at power source inlet
(C) drops above the permitted limit (approximately 7.7 bar)
Resetting occurs automatically once pressure is restored to permitted limits.
3.4.10 Err 80: [no message displayed on LCD]
This alarm is generated when the nozzle in DAR torches is removed. If the nozzle is
replaced in the DAR torch, the error message disappears from the LCD Attention, no
error codes are displayed in MAR torches.
3.4.11 Err 14: [no message displayed on LCD]
This error is generated if a voltage greater than 16 V is detected at terminals 4 (+)
and 5 (-) of connector CN9 of control board (48). The nominal value of this voltage
must be 13.8 V +/- 5 %.
The voltage at terminals 4 (+) and 5 (-) of connector CN9 of control board (48)

measured using a multimeter is equal to 13.8 V +/- 5 %.
♦ Replace service filter board (7).
Note: in certain previous versions of the machine, Err 14 was displayed as "Err Vin".
