3.4 - Error messages on LCD
Display format:
Err error code: [Message displayed]
3.4.1 Err 30: [no message displayed on LCD]
This error indicates that the control circuit identifies an output current with power
source inverter off. This error indicates anomalous power source output current
measurement.
♦ Replace secondary board (32) and/or control board (48);
3.4.2 Err 50: [Torch protection disengaged].
This error (torch protection disengaged) indicate the centralised attachment
protection is missing. The power source is no longer supplying output current.
Automatic reset takes place when the protection is correctly seated.
Display board (57), connector J9, terminals 2 (+) and 1 (-) = 0 Vdc with protection
engaged, 5 Vdc with protection disengaged.
♦ Capture wiring between reed switch of centralised attachment protection and
connector J9 of panel board (57).
♦ Check the centralised attachment protection is properly fitted and particularly
that the magnet on the protection sleeve is positioned near the reed switch on
panel board (57) when the sleeve is engaged.
♦ Replace panel board (57);
3.4.3 Err 51: [No torch recognition at power up]
This error (No torch recognition at power up) is generated if no valid torches
recognised when the power source is powered up. The torch is also checked after
power source ignition. This error cannot be reset.
The torch engaged is among those compatible with the power source.
♦ Check continuity between terminals 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 the centralised attachment
and terminals of connector J7 of display board (57).
♦ Replace display board (57).
