CAUTION:
One-sided phase loading:
If, in a network system of chargers
(with load management),
several vehicles are charged
simultaneously with single-phase,
this can lead to adverse power
distribution between the phases.
The chargers must therefore be
connected with an alternating
phase sequence. First charger
L1, L2, L3. Second charger L2,
L3, L1. Third charger L3, L1, L2.
Fourth charger back to L1, L2,
L3 etc.
Energy management
connection:
The charger
with a load/energy management
system. This enables the connection
of several chargers in combination
with the monitoring of power
distribution (load management,
Master/Slave).
If several chargers are connected
to one power supply, the following
connections are required on the
energy management PCB
J102/J103 are used to adjust
–
the resistances in the RS485
communication. On the J102
plug, Pin1 and Pin2 are
connected with a 2-pin cap.
