Allgemeine Hinweise vor der Reparatur
NF- und TB-Tell
. Fir Spannungsmessungen
muB
der obere
und
untere
Geratedeckel
abgenommen
und
das
NF-
und
TB-Teil
an
die
Spannungsversorgung
angeschlossen
werden
(Ug =
14 V). Die Spannungswerte
der Stufen
in den
verschiedenen
Betriebszustanden
sind aus
Blatt 1 des
Schaltbilds ersichtlich.
.
Fir Reparaturarbeiten
an der NF-Platte
und/oder
der
TB-Platte
kann
die NF-Platte
mit der Riickwand
hoch-
geklappt werden.
Dazu
miissen
die beiden Sechskant-
blechschrauben
mit denen
die
Ruckwand
am
rechten
und
linken
Seitenteil
befestigt
ist, die
Zylinderkopf-
schraube
rechts vom
Drucktastensatz
und die Zylinder-
kopfschraube
neben
dem
Motor
entfernt
werden.
.
Die beiden
Skalenlampen
175
im Drucktastensatz
136
sind
nach
dem
Ausrasten
der
Kappe
147 zuganglich.
Beim Abléten
der AnschluBdrahte
vorsichtig verfahren,
damit
sich
die
im
Gehause
des
Drucktastensatzes
befestigten AnschluBstifte nicht lésen.
Da, ausgenommen
die beiden Skalenlampen
175, keine
Ersatzteile fur den Drucktastensatz vorgesehen
sind, ist
bei
Fehlern
im
Schaltsystem,
der
Anzeige
oder
der
Verdrahtung
der Drucktastensatz
komplett zu wechseln.
Dazu missen
die beiden
Sechskantblechschrauben
mit
denen
die Ruckwand
am
rechten
und
linken
Seitenteil
befestigt ist, die beiden Zylinderkopfschrauben rechts und
links vom Drucktastensatz und die Zylinderkopfschraube
neben
dem
Motor
entfernt
werden.
AnschlieBend
NF-
Platte hochklappen,
die Steckverbindungen
N7/P7
und
N14/P14 trennen und dem Drucktastensatz aus dem NF-
und TB-Teil nehmen.
MuB
das Laufwerk
gewechselt
werden,
wie folgt vor-
gehen:
« Knépfe abziehen
« Leitungen zum
Impulsschalter, Motor, Haltemagnet,
Kassettenauswurfschalter
und Wiedergabekopf abléten
e Sechs
Sechskantblechschrauben,
vier
Zylinderkopf-
schrauben
und
die Mutter
des
Lautstarkereglers
an
der Frontplatte I6sen
und die Frontplatte
abnehmen
Laufwerk nach vorne aus dem Gerat ziehen
« Neues Laufwerk einsetzen und in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge der Zerlegung
befestigen
HF-Teil
Flr Spanungsmessungen
muB
der
obere
und
untere
Geratedeckel
abgenommen
und
das
HF-Teil
tber das
NF-
und
TB-Teil
an
die
Spannungsversorgung
ange-
schlossen
werden.
Die Spannungswerte

Fir
Reparaturarbeiten

der
HF-ZF-Platte
und/oder
der Automatik-Platte
muB
das HF-Teil
wie folgt zerlegt
werden:
e Die beiden Sechskantblechschrauben
mit der die
Riickwand am Rahmen
befestigt ist entfernen
Schrankklappen
gerade
biegen
und
die Priifbuchsen
N4 und N18 aus dem Rahmen
nehmen
Steckverbindungen
N1/P1, N3/P3 und N21/P21
trennen
.
Antennenbuchse
abléten
und
die HF-ZF-Platte
sowie
Automatik-Piatte
vom
Rahmen
trennen
General Instructions before Repair
AF and TR Unit
For measuring
the voltages, the top and bottom
cover
of set must be removed
and the AF and TR unit must
be connected to the voltage supply. (Up =
14 V). See
voltage values
of the stages
in the different
operating
conditions from page 1 of schematic.
For repairs at the AF board
and/or
TR board, the AF
board with the rear panel can
be tilted. In doing this,
both hex. self-tapping screws
holding the rear panel to
RH
and
LH side part, the cyl. screw
on the RH
side
of the pushbutton
switch
as well
as the cyl. screw
of
the motor must be removed.
Both
dial
lamps
175
in pushbutton
switch
136
are
accessible
after disengaging
the cap 147. Be cautious
when
unsoldering
the
connecting
wires
in
order
to
avoid
a loosening
of the connecting
pins mounted
in
housing of pushbutton switch.
Due to the fact, that except
both
dial lamps
175, no
spares
are provided
for the pushbutton
switch, change
completely
the pushbutton
switch
in case
of faults
in
the switching system of the display or of the wiring. For
this,
both
hex.
self-tapping
screws
holding
the
rear
panel to the RH and
LH side part, both cyl. screws
on
the RH and LH side of the pushbutton
switch and
the
cyl. screw
of the motor must be removed.
Then tilt up
the AF
board,
separate
the
plug
connections
N7/P7
and N14/P14 and remove pushbutton
switch out of the
AF and TR unit.
If the
mechanism
has
to
be
changed,
proceed
as
follows:
« Detach
knobs
» Unsoider leads to pulse switch, motor, holding
magnet, cassette ejection switch and playback head
« Loosen six hex. self-tapping screws, four cyl. screws
and the nut of the volume
control
at front plate
and
remove
front plate
e Pull mechanism to the front and remove from set
e Insert new
mechanism
and mount
in inverse oner
RF Unit

For measuring
the voltages, the top and
bottom cover
of set must be removed
and the RF unit must by con-
nected
to the voltage supply via the AF and
TR
unit.
