9. Position the rim-distance gauge in the region for
attaching the adhesive balance weight and wait for
the audible confirmation signal.
 The electronic rim distance gauge will be locked
in that position.
 The weight symbol is now green instead of yellow.

10. Turn the electronic rim distance gauge, and attach
the balance weight by pushing firmly to make it
adhere properly.

11. Place the rim-distance gauge in its resting position.
 The balancing screen appears.

The wheel must be at a standstill in the position
for this action when attaching the adhesive balance
weight.

If the wheel is rotated unintentionally, the function is
deactivated by the software.
 The circle that identifies the correct position
changes to yellow and is no longer at the 12
o'clock position.
 The region for attaching the adhesive balance
weight is deactivated.
 The rim-distance gauge no longer responds when
it is in position.
