Replacing the fuse of the mains
socket
The mains socket is equipped with fuses to protect
the machine from excessive voltage in order to prevent
damage to the product and dangerous situations for the
operator.
!
Should the machine start up suddenly or not start
up when switched on, the fuses need to be checked
and, if necessary, replaced. The main cause for such
issues may be damage to the fuses.
DANGER – risk of electric shock from live
parts
Risk of electric shock from contact with
electrical components.
Before performing cleaning and
maintenance work, always switch off the
MT ZERO 6 Touch using the on/off switch.
Disconnect the mains plug.
1. Pull the power supply cable from the socket on the
machine.

2. Remove the fuse carrier from the socket.

3. Perform a visual inspection of the condition of the
fuses.

Replace any damaged fuses. The specifications for
the fuses are listed in the following table.

Only use fuses meeting these specifications.
Should different fuses be used, their function of
guarding against excessive voltage may be impaired.

property damage resulting from the use of any other
components than the ones specified.
4. Replace any damaged fuses.
5. Place the fuse carrier in the socket again, and make
sure it is fully locked in place.
6. Plug the power supply cable into the socket of the
machine again.
7. Connect the power supply cable to the mains
voltage system.
8. Use the on/off switch to switch the machine on.

If the machine does not switch on, advise customer
service.
