11 – BUILT-IN MALFUNCTION DETECTION SYSTEM
This E-MOTION 14/210 scooter has a built-in malfunction detection system. In the event of an electrical problem, the screen will
display an ERROR code. Refer to the below table to find the related cause and remedial actions required.

Re-connect the cable between the LCD and the controller; if the error still
occurs, then replace the LCD to fix the issue.
Re-connect the wires between the motor and the controller; if the error
still occurs, then it is a hardware fault in the motor or controller. To find the
faulty hardware, replace the motor or controller to test and fix the issue.
Replace the brake dial to test; it is a dial fault if no error is reported again.
Check whether the dial wire is plugged correctly, and whether dial hall
output voltage is abnormal.

Charge the battery; if the error still occurs, then please replace the
battery with a new one.
This represents a fault in the controller; replace it if the error still occurs
after restarting several times.
Replace the accelerator dial to test if this is the issue; it is a dial fault if
no error is reported again. Check whether the dial wire is plugged-in
correctly and whether the dial hall output voltage is abnormal.
This represents a motor hall error. Check whether the hall wiring is
loose; if the wiring is fine but the error still occurs, then the motor hall is
damaged and needs to be repaired.

replace the controller to fix the issue.
