be connected in serial, as shown in the figure below:

P/Q/E communication
If some of the IDUs in the same refrigerant system are non-V8 series, it is required to connect "P", "Q", and "E" for
P/Q/E communication.
Single unit: Use a shielded cable for the P/Q/E communication and properly ground the shield layer. P, Q, and E
ports are located at terminal block "CN6" of the main control board. There is no distinction between
negative and positive electrodes. Connect the shield layer to the sheet metal of the electric control box,
as shown in the following figure:
