8.3 Constant speed curve
At constant speed, the pump operates at a constant speed, independent of the actual flow
demand of the system, and the pump performance is determined according to the desired
performance curve.Pump speed setting range 1200-4200rpm, 60rpm/grid, can be set
by yourself.
Figure3 Constant speed curve/setting
Choosing the correct constant speed setting depends on the characteristics of the
heating system.
8.4 Adaptive curve
In AUTOADAPT mode, the system can adjust the pump performance according to the
current flow rate of the customer demand, the pump is also in proportional pressure
control mode. This mode mainly adjusts the performance of the water pump adaptively
within a certain area to make it work in a state of relatively high efficiency.
Figure4
Adaptive curve
In adaptive mode, the optimal proportional pressure curve (shaded part) is
selected based on the system operating data collected over a period of time,
which is used to analyse the current demand on the system.
