Meaning
At least one of the voltage or

SMU is not calibrated correctly.
If you use a different monitoring system, this may result in different fault
and status messages. Note the following:

Manufacturer's service centre

In the event of a fault, contact the manufacturer's service centre (contact
information on the back of the operating manual). To allow the
manufacturer to respond quickly and appropriately, please provide the
following details:
Invoice number (or delivery note number, if applicable).

Serial number of the device.
|
Brief description of the fault.
|
What does the LED indicators' fault report look like?
|
Which fault message is the monitoring system displaying?
|
Is the fault reproducible?
|
Which measures have been performed so far to eliminate the fault?
|
What happens after you restart the device?
|
Does the fault always occur at similar times of the day?
|
Did the device function satisfactorily up until then?
|
Information about the PV system such as the solar module type,
|
circuitry, solar generator voltage.
What are the irradiation conditions?
|
Action
Restart the device
|

If the fault still persists after

several attempts, document the
circumstances leading to the
fault and contact the
manufacturer's service
department.
