Risk of fatal injury through disregard of safety instructions
If the sequence of steps for installation and the safety instructions are not
followed, the device may be permanently damaged and electrical
accidents may occur with serious health consequences.
Observe the sequence of procedure steps for installation.

Follow the safety instructions.

Risk of fatal injury due to lack of assistance
In the event of an accident a second person can lend assistance.
Only carry out work if a second person is present.

Material damage due to differing specifications
The device is designed exclusively for operation in accordance with the
specifications. Use under other conditions may cause damage to the
product and may lead to losses in electricity fed into the grid.
Observe the specifications.

Material damage due to loose screw connections
If the specified tightening torques are not observed, the screws may
become loose as a consequence of vibration in the terminal blocks.
Loosened screw connections change the resistance and the conductivity
at the connection. Operation of the product can be adversely affected and
it may suffer damage.
Before commissioning, check that all screw connections are tightened

to the correct torque and retighten where necessary.
Do not treat nuts and bolts, either with grease or in any other way.

Warning instructions

Warning instructions identify information relating to safety. They consist of
the following:
Warning symbol (pictogram),
|
Indicator word to denote the level of risk,
|
Details of the nature and source of the risk
|
Details of the possible consequences if warning instructions are
|
disregarded,
Measures for averting the risk and preventing injury or material
|
damage.
The warning instructions are classified according to the following levels of
risk:
Denotes an extraordinarily hazardous situation. Disregard of this
instruction will lead to serious, irreversible injury or death.
