The central inverter is isolated.

The optional external string switch-off system is isolated.

The optional external signal transmitter is isolated.
|
The mains cable is not under voltage.
|
Additional safety measures have been checked and put in place where
|
necessary.
Required tools
Device key.
|
Slot-head screwdriver (blade width 2–3 mm).
|
Torque wrench for 8 mm Allen bolts.
|
Installation wrench M8.
|
Perform a visual and mechanical inspection
1. Check that the device is installed correctly.
2. Check that the metric screw connections are securely fixed and check
for signs of damage.
3. Check that the integrated locks are functioning correctly. Note the
following:
The covers must completely seal the integrated locks.
|
Faulty or incomplete integrated locks must be replaced
|
immediately.
4. Check that the hinges of the device door are functioning correctly.
5. Check the device door seal for signs of damage.
6. Check the interior and exterior of the housing for signs of surface
damage, corrosion and deformation.
Treat rust and paint damage immediately and appropriately.
|
If damage to the housing has caused moisture to enter the housing
|
or impair the device function, replace the housing components
immediately.
7. Check that all drainage plugs on the underside of the device and the
membrane screws for ventilation are in place and undamaged.
8. Check the interior of the housing. Note the following:
The interior of the housing must be dry and clean.
|
9. Check that all cables are securely fixed in the relevant terminals.
10. Check all terminals and cables for signs of scorching and
discolouration.
11. Check the tightening torque of the DC main connection terminals
(tightening torque 25–30 Nm).
12. Check that the fan is running smoothly, and clean if necessary.
The device has undergone a visual inspection.
