CAUTION
After-running of the suction turbine after switching off
Risk of injury
Only carry out maintenance work after the suction turbine
has shutdown.
Contact Customer Service in the case of malfunc-
tions that cannot be corrected using this table.
Cause
The emergency stop is activated.
The battery cables are corroded.
The onboard charger is plugged in.
The main circuit breaker has triggered.
There was a short circuit or an overload of the circuit. 1. Remove the side door.
The battery is almost empty.
The main circuit breaker or driving switch has been trig-
gered.
The controller is overheated.
The filter bag is full.
The suction system is clogged.
There is dirt in the suction system.
The brushes are worn out.
There is dirt in the brushes.
The brushes are worn out.
There are too many large or heavy materials on the
floor.
The carpet is new.
Cause
The brush motor overheats

Rectification
1. Check all battery cable connections.
2. If necessary, replace or tighten all battery cable connections.

against rolling away.
2. Locate the brake unlocking lever and pull it down.

2. Remove the brush box and clean the brushes.
3. Allow the motor to cool down for one hour before continuing operation.

1. Locate and reset the drive motor circuit breaker.

1. Replace the filter bag.
2. Check the suction hose and funnel for contamination and clean them.

3. Remove the brush box and clean the brushes.
4. Allow the controllers to cool down for one hour before continuing oper-
ation.
