4.9 Instalación del terminal del usuario
La conexión entre el terminal del usuario y el pCO
un cable telefónico de 6 vías, suministrado por CAREL. Para realizar la
conexión, sólo tiene que insertar el conector telefónico en el terminal
J10 del pCO y en el terminal B del terminal del usuario. Inserte

completamente el conector en el terminal hasta que haga click. Para
quitar el conector, sólo tiene que presionar suavente la aleta de
plástico y quitar el cable.
El pCO 1 también puede funcionar sin el terminal; no desconecte y
vuelva a conectar el terminal al pCO
transcurrido unos 5 segundos (si realiza la operación con la unidad
encendida).
Para los aparatos utilizados en entornos residenciales o similares, y
por lo tanto sujetos a la norma CEI EN 55014-1 del 04/98, todos los
terminales estándar conectados por J10 deben utilizar cable apantalla-
do. La pantalla tiene que estar conectada al terminal GND de J11.
4.9.1 Instalación de los terminales para montaje en pared/panel
(pCOT) y conexiones eléctricas correspondientes
Este tipo de terminal ha sido diseñado para montaje en panel y para
montaje en pared. La plantilla de taladros, en el caso del montaje en
panel, tiene que medir 167x108 mm.
Cuando lo instale, preste atención a las siguientes instrucciones;
1. desatornille los dos tornillos de la cubierta trasera del termnal, y
quite la cubierta;
2. apoye la cubierta frontal sobre la parte delantera del panel;
3. inserte la cubierta de la parte posterior haciendo coincidir los dos
agujeros con los dos pernos situados en la cubierta frontal;
4. apriete los tornillos.
A continuación realice las conexiones eléctricas.
El grosor máximo del panel es de 6 mm. El montaje en pared requiere
la utilización de los soportes de montaje especiales y una caja están-
dar de 3 módulos para que se puedan pasar los cables. Fije el soporte
a la pared con los tornillos; finalmente, realice las conexiones eléctri-
cas y encastre la parte posterior del instrumento en el soporte.
Las conexiones eléctricas son las siguientes. Conecte el cable telefóni-
co (código S90CONN00*) de la tarjeta de alimentación (código PCO1*)
al jack correspondiente. El modelo con display gráfico (código
PCOT00OGH0) está equipado con un bloque de terminales de tornillo
adicional.
4.9.2 Instalación de los terminales para montaje en panel (pCOI) y
conexiones eléctricas correspondientes
Estos terminales han sido diseñador para montaje en panel; la plantilla
de taladros debe medir 173x154 mm.
Para la instalación siga estas
instrucciones;
1. quite la placa estética;
2. inserte en la parte delantera
taladrada del panel, la parte
plástica que contiene el display
y las tarjetas electrónicas,
asegúrandose de que la
guarnición del borde inferior de
la cubierta frontal está
apoyada en la parte frontal del
panel;
3. practique en el panel cuatro
agujeros de 2,5 mm de
diámetro, en correspondencia
exacta con los agujeros del
instrumento;
4. inserte los tornillos de fijación
suministrados, eligiendo entre tornillos auto-taladrantes o
auto-roscantes, dependiendo del tipo de material del panel (plástico
o metal).

4.9 Installing the user terminal
The connection between the user terminal and the pCO

simply insert the telephone connector in terminal J10 on the pCO

corresponding electrical connections
This type of terminal has been designed for panel-mounting and
wall-mounting. The drilling template, in the case of panel mounting,
must measure 167x108 mm.
When installing, carefully observe to the following instructions;
1. unscrew the two screws on the rear cover of the terminal, and
remove the cover;
2. rest the front cover against the front part of the panel;
3. insert the cover from the rear, lining up the two holes with the two
studs positioned on the front cover;
4. tighten the screws.
Then perform the electrical connections.
The maximum thickness of the panel is 6 mm. Wall-mounting requires
the use of the special mounting brackets and standard 3-module
wall-mounting switch box to allow the passage of the cables. Fasten the
bracket to the wall, using the screws; finally, make the electrical con-
nections and click the rear the of instrument onto the bracket.
The electrical connections are the following. Connect the telephone
cable (code S90CONN00*) from the power board (code PCO1*) into
the corresponding jack. The model with graphic display (code
PCOT00OGH0) is fitted with a further screw terminal block.
4.9.2 Installing the panel-mounted terminals (pCOI) and
corresponding electrical connections
These terminals have been designed for panel mounting; the drilling
template must measure 173x154 mm.
