The Automatic Electric Cartridge Pump

(AECP) is an electrically-driven,
single outlet pump It is a positive
displacement, single-acting pump designed
for use with progressive style divider valves
It should be used to supply grease
intermittently rather than consistently
Pump is packaged with 32 ft (10 m), four-
wire power cable Cable provides 12 V
power and signals the remote low level
indicator system A visual indication pin on
the bottom of the pump extends to provide
notification if grease level is low
Three methods of loading grease can be
used: grease cartridge, suction bulk-fill or
bulk-fill loader pump
Pump is designed to be directly installed
to a machine or by using a mounting
bracket, ordered separately

Appropriate use
This product is designed exclusively for
integration into a different machine The
pump is compatible with power sources
including, but not limited to, a controller, a
switch, and a safety component, such as a
thermal protector from the machine where
the pump is being installed *
Do not use pump for equipment requiring
constant lubrication Pump is to be used with
equipment that requires intermittent
greasing Use only 12 V
