DECLARATION
I declare that I have informed the purchaser of a non-hermetically sealed equipment
charged with fluorinated gases of the obligation that the installation of this
equipment is carried out by a qualified company with certified personnel for its
installation in accordance with Royal Decree 115/2017 of 17 February and Regulation
(EU) 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases as well as their obligation to send me
within a period of one year a declaration of compliance with this legal requirement.
The buyer has also been informed of the liabilities that will arise in the event of
non-compliance with this legal obligation.
