1)
Observe hole in packing screw for solution overflow. Packing screw may be loose and/or worn or damaged V-packings may exist.
2)
Fill cavity of packing screw with product soluble solution. Prevent product from drying on piston
3)
Use flats of bung adapter to hold pump in vise to prevent damage to cylinder.
4)
Measure these distances during the assembly process. Dimensions effect pump performance.
