La Fragua 22, 28933, Móstoles, España , declares that the products brand Garland models Groover 7A3-
V23 with serial number of year 2023 on (the year of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identification
plate, followed the serial number) and whose function is "A self-propelled machine designed to be pedestrian-
controlled propelled by one or various wheel(s) directly actuated from the engine and equipped with a power
output to which different accessories can be connected.", comply with all the requirements stated by the
Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery, and
amending Directive 95/16/EC
