b) To mount the channel forearm pad, loosen the nuts (Fig. 7) on the
rotor of the Elevating Swivel Unit and attach the slide rail of the chan-
nel forearm pad. Position the channel forearm pad appropriately and
tighten the screws (Fig. 8).
