The Elevating Swivel Unit you have selected is a high-quality product from

1.2 Indications for use

The 476E52=SK010/15/20/25/30/35/40/45 Elevating Swivel Units are
solely intended for assembling channel forearm pads (not included in the
delivery of the Elevating Swivel Unit) on wheelchairs or seating systems.
The Swivel Units are only to be used as systems and to be replaced with
original spare parts from the manufacturer.
