Assembling the sensor head

The sensor head can be installed with or without
insulators. For the selection of screws, torques, etc., see
Tab. 4-3.

Sensor head installation
Preparations
1. Provide for threaded holes on the machine part, see
Tab. 4-3.
2. Optionally: insert insulators (see sec. 4.1.3).
Installing sensor head for linear motion
1. Fasten the left or right side of the sensor head to the
machine member while observing the distances and
tolerances (see Fig. 4-1) (see Fig. 4-6 and Fig. 4-7).
2. Secure the screws against unintended loosening (e.g.
with locking paint).
