Whenever the gas pressure is di erent from the preset pressure, set
a t pressure regulator on the inlet pipe complying with the local
regulations in force.
adjustment of the minimum
The ame idling adjustment is factory-
set. When replacing the injector, or when
special conditions are present on the gas
distribution mains pressure, a new idling
adjustment may be necessary to adapt the
injector to the available gas.
Operations to carry out when adjusting the
idling:
· Remove all the accessories and the sole.
· Light the oven burner with the thermostat knob at its maximum,
following the instructions given in the special paragraph, and gently
close the door.
· Wait for about 10 minutes, after which access the screws of the
thermostat bypass (position A) using an appropriate screwdriver
and after having removed the knob.
· Set the thermostat rod so as to match the idle position.
· Tighten the by-pass screw to decrease the ame, or loosen it to
increase the ame until a small regular ame is obtained.
· Mount the knob again and check to make sure that when turning
the knob between maximum and idling the ame is not o .
· Check that this adjustment is adequate for heating the thermo
couple.
· Turn o the burner and reset the sole and the accessories when
the burner has cooled down.
Fully tighten the by-pass screw to adjust for LP petroleum gas
(B/P).
THE BURNERS DO NOT NEED ANY ADJUSTMENT OF THE PRIMARY
AIR.
