Bottom Bead Demounting with Tool Head
Position the tyre on its rim as shown below. Insert the automatic lever between the rim
and the tyre.
Lift the tyre up and over the automatic lever and raise the automatic lever to lift the
lower bead over the rim edge.
Alternatively, you may lift the tyre up first, lower the automatic lever, lift the tyre into
place and then lower the automatic lever beneath the bottom bead.
With the tyre in position, press the wheel rotation pedal to rotate the wheel
clockwise and disengage the bottom bead.
Demounting lower bead with bead breaker disc
1. Operate control and raise the tyre lower bead at the same level of the rim
upper edge.
