2. If the gap is not correct, release the head position lock and adjust the nut beneath the
pole locking system to adjust the gap. The cover must not be removed. Loosen the nut
to increase the gap and tighten to reduce the gap.
3. Reposition the tool head on the rim and lock it in place with the head position lock.
Re-check the gap.
Adjusting the horizontal gap
1. Release the tool head, then reposition it on the rim and lock it in place with the head
position lock.
2. Using a thickness gauge, check the horizontal gap between the tool head and the rim.
The distance should be 1.5 mm (1/16 inch).
