1.5.6. Electrical and pneumatic connections

1. Firmly connect the pneumatic supply to the tyre changer.
2. Check that the operating pressure is between 8 and 10 bar (100-145 psi).
3. The tyre changer is equipped with a supply cable without electrical plug.
Insert the suitable plug in a socket compliant with the requirements of 230V-50/60Hz-
20A. When the mounting is complete, check for air leaks and check all tyre changer
functions.

1.5.7. Mounting/demounting head calibration

In order to calibrate the mounting/demounting head, see section 3.4 of this manual.

1.5.8. Final steps

1. Fit the grease seal ring.
2. Apply the assembly paste on the suitable ring.

Before making the electrical and pneumatic hook-ups
and whenever the electrical and pneumatic supply is
restored, make sure that the machine is configured as
described below:
- AUTOMATIC POLE pedal pressed fully down
(operating position);
- lifting device drive valve (optional) activated, fully press
down the slider located on the top part of the valve.
