2.5 Phasing between tyre and rim

Bring the upper and lower bead breaking arms at the same level of the rim edges.
Lower the upper disc and lift the lower one, so that the upper and lower distances
between the discs and the rim edge are almost the same.

LOWER DISC
With the tyre in position, press the wheel rotation pedal to rotate the wheel
clockwise. The tyre will be stalled and the wheel rim will rotate to allow the perfect
phasing between them.
